Key Stone Manufacture Ltd is the culmination of three generations of stone casting and has already made an impression within the industry and is fast becoming the first choice in supplier of stone for many of its customers.
We make bespoke and standard architectural features for new build and restoration projects. Our project portfolio includes domestic homes through to historical restorations and we also offer a click and collection service on our standard pier caps and coping stones.

Some 6000+ years ago pre-historic man was taking rock from the ground and shaping it with primitive tools, primarily for building.
As skills and knowledge of the materials grew, tools and techniques developed allowing stone to be worked in to more and more complex shapes and designs.
Over the generations we have learned to manufacture pre-cast stone allowing for a more manageable material to manipulate, design and produce at competitive prices.
Techniques such as using fibreglass and rubber moulds allow us to copy and recreate architectural features on historic buildings helping us to retain our national heritage. One of the most famous examples of cast stone is the Sagrad Familia Barcelona the unfinished masterpiece is still in construction and hopes to be completed by the centenary of its architect Antoni Goudi’s death in 1926.

After gaining a City and Guilds qualification in plumbing while working for a building contractor Tony made the
decision to work for his Grandfathers stone casting business in 1994. Since then he has worked his way up through the various departments involved in stone casting and established his own stone manufacturing company.
Tony has a passion for restoration – bringing buildings back to life and looking their best. Tony likes to focus on customer service, quality and timely delivery to ensure all of our clients are happy with their products and therefore recommend us to friends and colleagues. He is highly valued by our contractor clients who seek his advice and design skills.
After flirting briefly with the aerospace industry, Matt has spent the last few years learning the ropes of the cast stone industry concentrating on mould work and detailing.
